Privacy Policy

How Ignition Canvas collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ignition Canvas (“Ignition Canvas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ignitioncanvas.com (the “Site”), contact us, or schedule a call with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, request a strategy call, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the contents of your message. When you book a call through our scheduling tool, we also collect your selected meeting time and any details you enter.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, the referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and support our marketing and sales activities. We use:

  • HubSpot, which sets cookies (such as __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, and __hssrc) to recognize returning visitors, measure page activity, and connect form submissions to a contact record.
  • Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (such as _ga and cookies prefixed _ga_) to measure how visitors use the Site in aggregate.
  • Apollo, which uses similar tracking technology to identify the companies and contacts visiting the Site so our sales team can follow up.

We do not run social-media advertising pixels on the Site, and we do not use these tools to show you ads on other websites.

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • When you first visit the Site, a cookie notice gives you the option to decline non-essential cookies. Tracking is on by default unless you decline it; declining stops HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Apollo from loading on future visits.
  • Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information and disable these cookies, regardless of any earlier choice.

Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls or meetings;
  • provide, maintain, and improve our services and the Site;
  • send you information you request and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors that process information on our behalf, including HubSpot (customer relationship management, forms, scheduling, and analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4, to measure Site usage), Apollo (to identify the companies and contacts visiting the Site), and WP Engine (website hosting). These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ignition Canvas, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion or correction of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, but you may still submit a request.

Colorado residents (Colorado Privacy Act)

If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We honor the Global Privacy Control as a universal opt-out mechanism, as described above.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, email us at [email protected] or call 303-766-5025. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to maintain our relationship with you and our records — and as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
